Website analytics privacy
This notice covers visits to the Inas Group app websites. It does not describe data stored inside the apps themselves.
What we collect
Only after you accept analytics on an app page, VisitorCounter records a browser identifier, session and page identifiers, the page path, visit and visible-page times, the referring website's origin, your approximate country, and your IP address. The full referring page URL and URL query are not stored. Each app is recorded separately.
Why and who can see it
We use these records to understand visits to each app website. The site owner can view all app reports. Each app's scheduled report goes only to the email recipients configured for that app.
How long it stays
Raw IP addresses are cleared from session records after 30 days. Other visit, session, browser identifier, page-view and report-delivery records remain in the database until manually removed. We do not currently apply an automatic deletion period to those records.
Your choice
You can reject analytics in the consent prompt. Use the “Privacy choices” button on an app page to change your choice later. Rejecting analytics stops new events and removes that app's browser identifier from your browser; it does not automatically delete records already stored on the server.
